Roasted Thursday

How it works

One simple week, every week.

The whole business runs on a fixed rhythm, so you always know where your coffee is. The one date to remember is the Monday night cutoff.

  1. Pick your coffee and cadence

House Blend or Decaf, whole bean or ground, one to three bags, weekly or every two weeks. Tell us where to leave it.

  2. We order Tuesday, roast Thursday, deliver Saturday

Your bags are roasted two days before they reach you, stamped with the roast date, and hand-delivered Saturday morning. You get a note when they land.

  3. Change anything before Monday night

Skip a week, add a bag, switch grind, pause, or cancel from your account. Changes before Monday 11:59 pm apply to that Saturday; later ones to the following delivery.

The coffee

Two coffees. One price.

Roasted for us by Golden Lantern Coffee Roasters in Laguna Hills, bagged and sealed at the roastery, and labeled with the day it was roasted.

Plans

Weekly or every two weeks. One to three bags.

A typical household takes one bag weekly or two every two weeks. Either way it is $18 a bag, delivered, and the plan bends around your life rather than the other way around.

Most households

Every two weeks

Two bags every other Saturday: about a bag a week, and half the stops for our route. This is the default, and the one we steer toward.

For example
2 bags × $18 = $36
per delivery, every other Saturday

Big brewers

Weekly

One bag every Saturday, or two or three if your house runs on coffee. Same price per bag, same freshness.

For example
1 bag × $18 = $18
per delivery, every Saturday

The fine print, which is short

  • One to three bags per delivery, any mix of House Blend and Decaf, whole bean or ground.
  • No fees, no contract. Cancel any time from your account.
  • Charged per delivery, only for bags actually delivered. Skipped weeks cost nothing.
  • Add a one-off extra bag for a weekend with guests without changing your plan.

Our promises

Small business, real guarantees.

We would rather lose a bag than a neighbor. These are the commitments behind every delivery, written down so you can hold us to them.

Freshness promise
Every bag is stamped with its roast date. If a bag reaches you more than 7 days after roasting, your next bag is free.
No-questions replacement
Stale, damaged, wrong grind, missing: send a message and it is replaced or credited on your next delivery. No photos, no forms.
Missed delivery? You win.
If we marked a bag delivered and you say it is not there, we believe you. A replacement within two days, or the charge comes off.
A person answers
Messages get a reply within one business day; on delivery day, the same day. You are texting the person who packed your bag.

Referrals

Give a bag, get a bag.

Most of our neighbors found us through a neighbor. Every subscriber gets a link worth sharing.

  1. Share your link

Text it, post it in the HOA group, or hand a neighbor a bag and point them at it. It lives in your account.

  2. Your neighbor gets a free first bag

A full 12 oz bag, delivered Saturday like any other, no subscription required. If they love it, deliveries are one tap away.

  3. You get a $18 credit

When they complete their first paid delivery, a bag's worth of credit lands on your account and comes off your next charge. No limit on how many neighbors.

Questions

Things neighbors ask.

When does the coffee arrive?

Saturday morning. Your bags are roasted Thursday at Golden Lantern Coffee Roasters, picked up and labeled Friday, and on your porch Saturday morning. You get a text or email the moment they land, with the roast date on it. As routes grow we will add a Sunday morning route for some neighborhoods; you would hear about it well in advance.

What if I am away?

Skip that delivery from your account any time before Monday night. No charge, no explanation needed. Going longer? Pause. We hold your spot on the route for up to 8 weeks and you resume with one tap.

How does billing work?

You keep a card on file (stored by Stripe; we never see the number). We charge it on delivery day, for the bags actually delivered, at $18 per bag. Skipped weeks and bags we could not deliver cost nothing. Credits from referrals or replacements come off your next charge automatically, and you get an emailed receipt every time.

Can I change my grind?

Any time. Switch between whole bean and ground in your account; changes made before Monday night apply to that Saturday’s delivery. You can also mix, say one whole bean and one ground.

Do you have decaf?

Yes: full-flavored decaf, whole bean or ground, at the same price. Decaf-only households are welcome, and you can mix decaf and House Blend in one delivery.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes. Choose 4, 8, or 12 deliveries, add a message, and pay per delivery from your card. The recipient picks their grind, tells us where to leave it, and can skip weeks. Details on the gift page.

What if a bag is not right?

Tell us: stale, damaged, wrong grind, missing. It is replaced or credited on your next delivery, no questions asked. And if a bag ever reaches you more than 7 days after roasting, the next one is free.

Do I need to be home?

No. We leave the bag where you tell us: porch, bench, the cooler by the garage. The delivery notice includes a photo of where it was left. If a bag we marked delivered is not there, you win: a replacement within two days or the charge reversed.

What about gate codes and delivery instructions?

Add them in your account and update them whenever they change: a new code, a new dog, “please not in the sun.” They are shown only to the person delivering your route, on your stop, and never shared or sold.

How do I cancel?

From your account, any time, with no fees and no run-around. Bags already delivered are charged; nothing else is. If you ever come back, your history and your referral code are waiting.

Your porch. Saturday morning. Coffee roasted two days ago.

Start deliveries in a couple of minutes, or try a single bag first. Nothing is charged until a bag is on your porch.
